Job summary

NeoGenomics Laboratories seeks a Digital Integration Specialist to support our commercial digital platforms, including interoperability, digital front door applications, and Salesforce. This is a hybrid in-office role based in Fort Myers, FL or Ramsey, NJ.

You will be the primary contact for internal and external customers, resolve technical issues, ensure secure data exchange, and maintain SLAs while collaborating with commercial, laboratory, and billing teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in technical support, ideally in lab/pharma/biotech.
• Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems and customer interfaces.
• Excellent communication and customer service focus.
• Strong data entry and MS Office/database management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support NeoGenomics’ digital platforms and help resolve customer issues.
• Maintain SLAs and ensure secure, accurate data exchange.
• Collaborate with commercial, laboratory, billing and other departments.
• Interact with clients via email, phone, and web meetings for troubleshooting.
• Guide customers through technical processes and data flow issues.
• Keep customers updated on query status and resolutions.

Position Summary:

As a Digital Integration Specialist you will focus on supporting NeoGenomics commercial digital platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, healthcare interoperability, digital front door applications, and the Salesforce customer experience. They serve as a point of contact to address any support issues for both internal and external customers, providing excellent service to all people they interact with.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for NeoGenomics’ overall Customer Digital Support processes and being the voice of the customer for technical issues
• Responsible for supporting Digital Technology Solutions operations and ensuring data is safely, securely, and accurately exchanged
• Adheres to support processes, documentation processes, and maintaining SLAs
• Collaborates with internal customers for digital support needs: commercial, laboratory, billing, and other departments
• Interacts with clients via multiple communication channels for troubleshooting and resolution of customer support issues: email, phone, web meeting
• Guides clients through technical processes, offering solutions for issues regarding system functionality, user access, and data flow
• Communicates effectively with customers, keeping them updated on the status of their queries or issues

Education, Experience & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least two years of applied experience in a technical support capacity, preferably in a laboratory, pharma or biotech environment
• Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems and understanding of customer interfaces
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple customer issues and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service\
• Excellent typing and data entry skills
• Proficient with MS Office programs and database management
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills
• Highly focused on service orientation
• Ability to adapt to changing procedures, policies, and work environment
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral
