CO+I is responsible for delivering over 200 Microsoft web portals, Live and Online Services around the world including infrastructure, security and compliance, operations, globalization, and manageability. The Infrastructure Planning and Acquisition Center of Excellence team (IPA CoE) is responsible for enabling and optimizing the foundation that supports infrastructure delivery for Land, Energy, Networking, and Datacenter Planning through efficient processes, data driven decision making, innovation, and automated and integrated tool sets.
As a Principal Business Architect, you will design and develop enterprise-level architecture that enables comprehensive and cohesive business strategy, anchored in value delivery and realization. This includes evaluating the overall maturity level of the organization across processes, people, and technology to create a clear picture of where investments are needed to address capability gaps and unlock full potential. This position ensures a repeatable and efficient approach to evaluating both operating and business models to support organizational change efforts, specifically focused on transformation. The Business Architecture function will be responsible for translating our OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and business initiatives into a refined strategic Business Value Roadmap with functional definition and clarity, while championing business case development for funding and approvals. A successful candidate will bring a quality and scalability mindset, while cultivating a customer-focused, innovative, and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or any other business related field AND 6+ years experience in technical program / product management, system architecture, product roadmap, authoring tooling vision
3+ years of customer-facing experience.
Preferred Qualifications :
Customer Solutions Architecture IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
