Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Current IICRC Master certifications (WRT, ASD, Smoke & Soot) or equivalent.
• Ten years of relevant experience with eight in Insurance Restoration.
• Experience in handling large complex assignments and CAT situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees large complex assignments and deliverables with best-in-class service and expertise.
• Site visits, develop complex scopes of damages/repairs and high-value cost estimates.
• Lead cost control, timelines and scope of repairs for client projects.
• Manage records per company procedures using designated technology.
• Handle assignment billings and reporting to clients on a timely basis.
• Direct a team providing oversight of mitigation processes and billing procedures.
• Consult with executive level adjusters and clients for premium service.
• Review team reports for large assignments and maintain client relationships.
