Job summary

Frontage Laboratories is seeking a Scientist/Senior Scientist/Principal Scientist to lead biomarker assay development for preclinical and clinical studies. You will oversee project execution, maintain client interactions, and ensure regulatory compliance within a CRO setting.

The role requires expertise in immunoassay platforms (NULISA, SIMOA, MSD, Ella, Luminex) and experience with GLP/GCP guidance where applicable. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD with relevant biomarker experience.
• Experience in biomarker assay development and validation.
• Knowledge of immunoassay technologies and biomarker analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead biomarker assay development, optimization, qualification, validation, and sample analysis projects.
• Lead client meetings and provide scientific updates, timelines, risk assessments, and project status reports.
• Serve as primary scientific contact for assigned clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
