Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with benefits data and financial information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex benefit information clearly.
• Experience administering employee benefit programs; knowledge of health, retirement, and deferred compensation plans.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, retirement, and deferred compensation.
• Lead annual open enrollment planning, communications, enrollment activities, and implementation.
• Research and resolve benefit issues related to eligibility, life events, coverage, and claims.
• Develop clear employee communications and educational materials about benefits.
• Monitor providers and vendors for performance, compliance, and service delivery.
