Job summary

Blue Shield of California is seeking a Principal Behavioral Health Services Program Manager to lead performance analysis and actionable insights for the Behavioral Health program. You will transform reporting, trends, and risk assessments into leadership-ready recommendations, aligning work with strategic goals and measurable value.

In this hybrid role, you will partner with cross-functional teams, manage initiative tracking, and drive portfolio visibility while delivering sustained improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required with 4 years of additional relevant work.
• Requires 10 years of prior relevant experience in related fields.
• Experience with Behavioral Health operations, quality and/or performance management.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and translate findings into recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to engage leadership and stakeholders.
