You will work with product teams to plan initiatives, evaluate AI-assisted development tools, and drive improvements across a distributed codebase.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software development experience with leadership.
• 8+ years of backend development experience.
• 3+ years with TypeScript and AWS.
• Deep distributed systems design expertise.

Responsabilités

• Architect and own complex, scalable backend systems from concept through production.
• Set the technical direction, establish engineering standards, and mentor a team of engineers.
• Partner with product and program management to plan and deliver high impact features.
• Research and integrate cutting edge technologies including AI assisted development tools.
• Debug difficult problems across a distributed codebase and drive continuous improvement.
