Job summary

Acadian Asset Management LLC in Boston is seeking an experienced Business Systems Architect to join the Performance Attribution Group and Investment Operations. You will solve complex business problems and shape technology that supports portfolio performance, including data, workflows, pricing, and reporting.

This full-time on-site role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with on-site presence three days per week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience within the investment management industry.
• Significant experience supporting Performance & Attribution, Securities Operations, Investment Operations, Portfolio Accounting, or related functions.
• Demonstrated success building trusted partnerships with business stakeholders and delivering technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships across PAG, Investment Operations, Client Reporting, Enterprise Technology, and vendors to drive outcomes.
• Lead analysis from concept through implementation, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Analyze complex investment workflows, data, and processes to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Investigate issues across systems, identify root causes, and partner to implement solutions.
• Help shape Acadian’s Performance & Attribution technology capabilities to evolving needs.
• Partner with engineers, architects, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Continuously explore emerging technologies and pursue better ways of working.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge to bring clarity to complex challenges.
