Argus Media is seeking a Principal for its Americas Consulting team to lead parts of the practice, develop talent, and report to the VP, Americas. The role emphasizes strategy, market due diligence, and energy transition engagements across North and South America.

You will partner with leadership to build a consulting pipeline, manage a team of analysts and consulting managers, and ensure delivery excellence for client inquiries and proposals across crude, refined products, chemicals,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience in energy/commodity consulting or strategy and business planning for energy companies.
Ability to lead teams and manage complex projects in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

Lead parts of the Americas Consulting team and report to the VP, Americas.
Develop talent, manage performance, and support growth initiatives.
Engage in business development, client relationships, and proposal development.
Deliver high-quality consulting engagements across strategy, due diligence, and energy transition.
