Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems, data management, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in data governance, data management, analytics, or AI governance in a large company.
• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK).
• Experience with semantic models, metadata management, and master/reference data.
• Familiarity with data privacy and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead metadata management, data lineage, and data catalog initiatives; create an evergreen view of Finance data governance artifacts.
• Define governance policies, standards, decision rights, and control requirements for data products and metadata.
• Resolve governance issues and align stakeholder priorities through structured decisions and risk-based recommendations.
• Establish measurable governance outcomes and communicate progress to senior leadership.
• Create reusable frameworks and reference materials adopted across data domains.
