A leading company is seeking a Principal Analyst – Billing and Revenue Recovery to oversee credit and collections for over 670,000 customers. This role involves strategic analysis, regulatory compliance, and leadership in system processes to enhance billing accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in revenue recovery and a strong background in ERP systems.
The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $103,939 to $129,924
Job Summary
The Revenue Recovery and Billing group at Central Maine Power (CMP) is responsible for ensuring robust credit and collections and billing processing for over 670,000 customers. With active customer account receivables totaling over $70m, providing roughly $20m in customer assistance annually, and producing over 7.8m bills annually, the Principal Analyst – Billing and Revenue Recovery position provides strategic thinking, collaboration and guidance to ensure all regulatory requirements are met, along with adherence to meeting key Customer Service SQIs. A key focus of the position is to provide leadership and direction to ensure system processes are maximized, including leading efforts to implement new and/or enhanced system solutions to reduce overdue debt, which in turn mitigates socializing debt across all ratepayers, as well as maximizing the producing of accurate and on-time monthly customer bills.
