Job summary

Bitdeer seeks an experienced mixed-signal IC design expert to drive development of advanced low‑power circuits for AI and Bitcoin mining infrastructure. You will influence circuit architecture, oversee standard cell library characterization, and ensure robust operation at sub‑10nm nodes, using SPICE tools and Bitdeer’s own design environments.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in mixed‑signal design, a Ph.D. or Master’s in EE, and a track record of leading complex projects with mentorship.

Qualifications

15+ years in mixed-signal and high-performance IC design.
Ph.D. or Master’s in EE; equivalent expert experience considered.
Hands-on with Spectre, HSPICE, AMS; able to adapt to Bitdeer tools.
Leadership in power-performance optimization and mentoring.
Strong knowledge of low-power design principles and variability effects.

Responsibilities

Drive development of mixed-signal circuits meeting power and performance targets.
Investigate energy recovery and charge-sharing to reduce power consumption.
Oversee layout, minimize parasitics, and ensure robust operation at sub-10nm nodes.
Lead architectural input to maximize performance and efficiency.
