We are seeking a Principal or Senior AI UX Lead to join Agent Factory, where we build production-grade AI systems that power intelligent agents used by millions. As a key member of a cross-functional team, you will design and deliver conversational AI experiences that bridge the gap between advanced agent capabilities and user needs. You will own features end-to-end, orchestrating agentic flows that integrate seamlessly with the user interface. This role requires deep collaboration with AI engineers, product managers, and designers to create scalable, reliable systems that simplify complex business processes. You will lead projects, mentor teammates, and drive technical excellence in an environment that values innovation, autonomy, and impact.
The ideal candidate has 8–12 years of software engineering experience, with 2–7 years building conversational or agentic AI applications and 5+ years leading projects or teams. Proficiency in web development frameworks like TypeScript/React or Python/FastAPI is required, along with experience in SaaS product development, cloud environments (AWS preferred), distributed systems, and DevOps practices. Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Elasticsearch, and additional languages like Java or TypeScript is a plus. Strong communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, and a commitment to inclusive, collaborative work are essential. The role offers a competitive salary range of $206,000–$370,000 annually, with flexible work arrangements combining in-office and remote options.
