TENEX is seeking a Principal Product Manager for AI Strategy to lead the next generation of AI-native proactive defense capabilities. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle for AI-driven security offerings, transforming complex security data into autonomous defense strategies powered by deep LLM integration.

Qualifications

• AI-driven cybersecurity product experience from idea to market.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, multi-agent systems, and RAG for automation.
• Deep cybersecurity domain expertise with MDR and security ops.
• 8+ years in product management for cybersecurity or AI products.
• Ability to communicate vision to executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire lifecycle of our AI-native cybersecurity products from concept to launch and scaling.
• Define and execute a multi-year AI-driven security roadmap.
• Collaborate with AI Research and Detection Engineering to translate research into automation.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineering, design, and GTM.
• Discover security practitioner needs to build products that reduce alert fatigue using agentic frameworks.
