You will architect and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions that empower global customers and bridge traditional predictive analytics with generative systems.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, collaboration with product and design teams, and hands-on development in a hybrid, time-zone-flexible environment.

Formación

• 10+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience.
• End-to-end model lifecycle and production deployment experience.
• Deep knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and conversational AI patterns.
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs for domain-specific enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in Python and modern software development practices (testing, code review, CI/CD).

Responsabilidades

• Lead research, design, and implementation of advanced ML/DL models for enterprise problems.
• Drive timeseries forecasting and predictive analytics enhancements.
• Architect Generative AI solutions with LLMs and transformer architectures.
• Design Conversational AI interfaces and autonomous agent workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design to productionize AI models.
• Mentor data scientists and engineers, promoting technical excellence and testing standards.
• Guide AI initiatives across cross-functional teams.
