Lead a team, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design to ship production‑grade AI features in a hybrid, time‑zone aware environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands‑on AI/ML experience.
• End‑to‑end model lifecycle and production deployment.
• Deep knowledge of LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
• Experience fine‑tuning LLMs for enterprise data.
• Proficiency in Python and modern software practices.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time.
• Strong knowledge of transformer architectures and LoRA/QLoRA/RLHF.
• Experience with MLOps and LLMOps for production systems.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead research, design, and deployment of ML/DL models for enterprise problems.
• Drive timeseries forecasting and scenario modeling capabilities.
• Architect generative AI solutions with LLMs for enterprise tasks.
• Design conversational interfaces and autonomous AI workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to productionize AI models.
• Mentor data scientists and engineers, promoting best practices.
