Insight Recruitment partners with a venture-backed robotics AI company developing autonomous systems for real-world industrial applications. We are seeking a Principal AI Research Engineer specializing in World Models and Generative Modelling to lead research at the intersection of AI, simulation and robotics.

You’ll design and train large-scale generative models, build action- conditioned simulation, and shape the translation from research to deployment alongside robotics and software teams.

Competenze

• Experience architecting and training large-scale video generation models, world models or other advanced generative systems.
• Strong understanding of generative modelling, sequence modelling and modern deep learning architectures.
• Experience developing action-conditioned or state-conditioned models capable of generating controllable future predictions.
• Experience building large-scale training datasets, data pipelines and evaluation frameworks.
• A track record of taking complex research concepts through to working technical implementations.
• The ability to operate at a senior technical level, setting research direction and influencing engineering decisions.
