Job summary

Reflex Robotics is building general-purpose, AI-powered humanoid robots for tough industrial work. You’ll join a small team with high ownership and equity, helping shape the product from the ground up and drive deployment in real-world settings.

We seek engineers who can architect and train scalable models, turn generative models into practical simulators, and build robust data and evaluation pipelines to quantify policy success. This is a builder role with significant impact and upside.

• Architected and trained large-scale video/world models (e.g., Sora, Veo).
• Turned generative models into controllable simulators: action-/state-conditioned rollouts.
