Qualifications

• Experience working in an agile development environment.

• Drive product strategy and delivery of Medallia's AI Platform focusing on scalable infrastructure.
• Define and own the roadmap for critical cross-product workstreams.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers to shape product features.
