Job summary

Micas Networks in the United States is seeking a Principal AI Ecosystem Architect to lead strategic ecosystem engagement and AI networking solutions. This senior technical leader will bridge Product Management, Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales, and strategic technology partners to accelerate the adoption of next-generation AI infrastructure.

The role requires 10+ years of networking and AI infra experience, deep Ethernet expertise, and excellent executive communication skills.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in networking, AI infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, or data center technologies.
Deep understanding of Ethernet networking and modern AI infrastructure.
Excellent presentation and executive communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical strategy for joint AI networking solutions across the ecosystem.
Develop reference architectures, validated designs, and solution blueprints for AI deployments.
Collaborate across Product Management, Engineering, Customer Engineering, and Business Development to create differentiating AI networking solutions.
Identify emerging technologies and ecosystem opportunities that strengthen Micas' portfolio.
Partner with Product Management and Engineering to influence roadmaps and features.
