Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize ML models across cybersecurity products.
  • Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures, including data pipelines, model training/inference, and MLOps.
  • Work with classification and other model types.
  • Participate in change control meetings (CCB).
  • Implement testing strategies for models.
  • Serve as a technical advisor, leading solution design discussions and representing 3Pillar in client interactions to drive innovation and value.
  • Architect scalable solutions using cloud-native AI tools in AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, S3, RDS, Glue, Kinesis, SQS, SNS, API Gateway).
  • Manage VPN and improve models' evolution and deployment strategies.
  • Guide teams on MLOps frameworks for CI/CD, versioning, monitoring, and retraining.
  • Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions and emerging AI technologies.
  • Mentor technical staff and ensure ethical AI practices, including bias detection and governance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align AI strategies with business goals.
  • Participate in cross-product API development activities.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related, with 12+ years of impactful ML/data science experience; Ph.D. preferred.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML into software products and working with large, unstructured data.
  • Strong knowledge of AI architecture patterns, AWS SageMaker, and ML libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker Pipelines), APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and data governance.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning theories, algorithms, and methodologies.
  • Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with experience working with large datasets in production.
Additional Experience Desired
  • Published research in top-tier conferences or journals.
  • Experience with GenAI technologies.
