Job summary

Amazon’s Future of Work team is shaping how AI changes work at the team and organization level. You will synthesize evidence into mental models and guidance, informing workforce planning and talent systems while partnering with measurement and research teams to frame testable questions.

You will apply organization design judgment to ambiguous challenges, distinguishing proven findings from promising practices, and influence senior leaders through clear reasoning and right-sized guidance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR specialist, HR generalist, HR manager, or HR program experience.
• Experience in stakeholder management across varied levels of the organization.
• Ability to solve ambiguous challenges with strong problem solving.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication.
• Experience in organizational design.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize research, case studies, and signals to identify patterns in AI-driven work changes.
• Develop mental models, guidance, and decision frameworks for AI-enabled work redesign.
• Identify implications across workforce systems and partner with accountable teams.
• Translate signals into broader insights and ensure guidance is reflected in tools for practitioners.
• Identify evidence gaps and translate qualitative signals into testable questions and measures.
