Job summary

Visionaire Partners, LLC is seeking a technical force multiplier to design and build our AI-enabled system from the ground up. You will be a hands-on contributor, leveraging Claude, MCP integrations, agentic workflows, and full-stack engineering to turn messy inputs into high-impact production systems.

This 24-month contract offers remote work from anywhere in the US. You will own architecture, tooling, governance, and delivery, collaborating with designers, engineers, and product managers to

Qualifications

• Hands-on track record solving messy business problems with measurable impact.
• Direct shipping of Claude/LLM tooling to production (MCP servers, agentic workflows, prompts).
• Strong programming in Python and/or TypeScript/React.
• Solid SQL and API development experience; proficient data pipelines.
• Familiarity with GCP Vertex AI and related cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical architecture and strategy for the unified design system.
• Design and build production AI components (Claude plugins, MCP servers, workflows).
• Establish governance and recommendations to scale the design system enterprise-wide.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and PMs to validate solutions with real usage.
• Own end-to-end shipping of tools, navigating security reviews and infra constraints.

Opportunity for a technical force multiplier to design and build our next-generation, AI-enabled system from the ground up. In this role, you’ll operate as a hands‑on individual contributor—leveraging Claude, MCP integrations, agentic workflows, and full‑stack engineering to turn messy enterprise inputs into seamless, high‑impact production systems. Responsibilities

• Technical Architecture & Product Strategy: Define the technical architecture for the unified design system, driving strategy, execution, objectives, and quantitative adoption measurements across the enterprise.
• AI Tooling & Workflow Integration: Design and construct production AI components—including Claude plugins, MCP servers, agentic workflows, and prompt/context engineering tools to accelerate designer and engineer workflows.
• Enterprise Governance & Change Management: Establish governance frameworks and technical recommendations to manage, scale, and support the design system across vertical application teams and horizontal business groups.
• Balanced Team Collaboration: Partner directly with designers, engineers, and product managers to pressure-test solutions against real usage, iterating rapidly and building self‑serve documentation and training layers.
• Production & Constraint Navigation: End‑to‑end ownership of shipping functional tools into production, navigating enterprise permissions, security reviews, and infrastructure constraints.

This is a 24-month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension or conversion to perm. You can work remotely from anywhere in the US.

Required Skills

• Track record of personally solving hard, messy business problems from start to finish, with a focus on tangible results tied to revenue, cost, or time saved.
• Hands‑on experience shipping Claude/LLM tooling (or similar) to production (MCP servers, agentic workflows, prompt/context engineering) and leveraging AI tools like Claude to build quickly.
• Strong capabilities in Python and/or TypeScript/React
• Strong SQL, API development, and data pipeline experience.
• Familiarity with GCP (BigQuery, Vertex AI) or other cloudplatforms.
• Working UI/UX implementation skills (Figma to front‑end) alongside demonstrated success delivering software inside complex enterprise security and permission frameworks.
• Ability to provide concise answers with depth on request, prioritizing shipped output and technical achievements over titles or credentials
