Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Principal Consultant, Agentic Delivery Acceleration (ADAPT) in New York. Lead strategic delivery initiatives, define visions and roadmaps, and rapidly prototype AI-powered solutions to accelerate adoption and reduce risk.

Collaborate with AWS ProServe teams to scale programs globally and drive measurable financial outcomes. You will work across cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree in CS is preferred.
• 10+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting experience.
• 3+ years of cloud computing experience.
• 8+ years of spearheading strategic cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable financial results.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive one or more strategic delivery initiatives from inception through scaled adoption globally.
• Define initiative vision, success metrics, and roadmaps using working backwards (PRFAQ/narrative) methodology.
• Rapidly prototype solutions using AIDLC (AI Development Lifecycle)—ship working prototypes in 45 day sprints.
• Transition prototype and beta solutions to GA via ProServe agents for long-term scale and maintenance.
• Build partnerships across AWS to align transformation with organizational priorities.
• Influence Director- and VP-level stakeholders without formal authority to secure resources and drive adoption.
• Measure initiative impact through portfolio-level business outcomes (adoption rates, cycle time reduction, margin improvement).
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and feedback loops.
