Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services seeks a Principal Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet customers' technical and business needs. You will lead complex cloud initiatives and guide migration strategies.

You will mentor teams, build trusted advisory relationships with executives, and deliver AI/ML and GenAI projects using AWS services, ensuring best practices, security, and successful outcomes for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
• Experience managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects.
• Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (e.g. security, privacy, SOX, HIPAA).
• Experience with SDLC and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and building complex, scalable, and secure GenAI and ML applications and models built on AWS tailored to customer needs.
• Produce AI-native deliverables - custom AI tools for customers rather than static documents or generic artifacts.
• Must have both business fluency AND technical capability.
• Comfortable navigating complex customer relationships, identifying business problems and building trust.
• Providing technical guidance and implementation support throughout project delivery, with a focus on using AWS AI/ML services.
• Collaborating with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective model training, building, and deployment strategies.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.
