Job summary

AHEAD helps enterprises design, build, and migrate Azure platforms with a focus on AI agent platforms. As Principal Technical Consultant, you own end-to-end delivery at client sites, from assessment to governance, and you lead junior and mid-level consultants delivering alongside you.

You will present to engineering leaders and executives, teach client teams, and ensure platforms remain private, policy-governed, and production-ready. This is a hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in engineering or technical consulting.
• 5+ years delivering Azure infrastructure, landing zones, or migrations.
• At least 18 months delivering GenAI or agent systems to production.
• Delivery leadership on client engagements.
• Ability to frame solutions and land architecture patterns.
• Hands-on delivery of Cloud Adoption Framework landing zones.
• Experience with IaC and CI/CD ownership.
• Excellent consulting‑grade communication with executives and governance boards.

Responsibilities

• Consult with client stakeholders to translate challenges into technical solutions.
• Lead junior consultants and develop them into independent delivery owners.
• Shape engagements with scope, deliverables, and effort estimates.
• Build client relationships and identify expansion opportunities through upsell/cross-sell.
• Present options with tradeoffs and a clear recommendation in steering sessions.
