Qualifications

• 18+ years in software engineering, enterprise architecture, or cloud infrastructure.
• Proven multi-cloud infrastructure strategy, architecture, and build approaches for complex environments.
• Hands-on Terraform to provision secure AI environments and automation via IaC.
• Deep Cloud Costing and FinOps expertise for AI/cloud workloads.
• Ability to influence and align senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide strategy for AI initiatives across networking, hybrid networks, and multi-cloud interconnectivity.
• Define end-to-end build approaches and hands-on Terraform automation to provision AI environments.
• Author ADRs, blueprints, and technical specifications for public sector AI infrastructure.
• Drive consensus across executive leadership, agency CIOs, security, networking, and cloud ops.
• Establish Costing and FinOps frameworks to monitor and optimize cloud spend for AI workloads.
• Support CTO in developing a strategic AI-ready legacy infrastructure roadmap and production-readiness criteria.
• Provide architectural recommendations and technical documentation to stakeholders.
