The ideal candidate has 7+ years in software/AI, strong cloud experience (AWS/GCP), and deep Python/JS skills to drive rapid, reliable product development. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience in a relevant technology domain (Software engineer and AI/ML preferred).
• Strong understanding of cloud-based data management and ML pipelines (AWS/GCP).
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript; experience with distributed systems.
• U.S. Citizen required; Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-native software transforming large-scale geospatial data into actionable intelligence.
• Implement multi-agent workflows using orchestration frameworks to enable autonomous reasoning and execution.
• Integrate LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) for contextual analysis and decision-making.
• Engineer agents with dynamic tool use and structured reasoning to improve insights.
• Develop data ingestion and transformation layers for predictive analytics and pattern detection.
• Ensure secure, scalable cloud and on-premise integrations across environments.
• Create feedback loops and reinforcement mechanisms to boost model reliability.
• Deploy and operate AI systems in production with modern DevOps (CI/CD, containers).
• Leverage AI development agents to aid software design, testing, and documentation.
• Contribute to engineering standards, docs, and best practices for AI-first development.
