Job summary

Amperity is seeking a Principal Product Builder, AI and Agentic, to drive customer value and strategic outcomes across multiple projects. You will connect customer pain points to technical strategy and company growth, staying engaged with stakeholders throughout the journey.

You will be a systems thinker with hands-on experience building agentic systems, shape Amperity's agentic strategy, manage backlogs, and coordinate roadmaps focused on meaningful customer impact.

Qualifications

• Customer value focus and ability to validate ideas with prototypes or feedback.
• Prototype quickly using AI tools and low-code integrations; test ideas in codebase.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end architecture and data flows for informed decisions.
• Proactively propose forward-thinking ideas; drive innovation for AI agents.

• Maintain a learning mindset; adapt recommendations with new evidence.
