Job summary

The role requires a Master's degree (preferred), state administrator certification (preferred), and a track record of 10 years in teaching and supervisory roles with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education, administration or curriculum/instruction preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership demonstrated with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to relate to a variety of constituencies and manage teams.
• Working knowledge of academic/administrative computer systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the instructional program at the assigned site to meet student needs.
• Monitor blended instruction, review lesson plans, observe classes and analyze data.
• Plan and evaluate curriculum with central office to improve student performance.
• Supervise RTI, ARD/LPAC/504 processes and special education data handling.
• Lead site operations, budget oversight, and compliance with policies.
