Richard Milburn Academy District Wide – San Antonio, Texas is seeking an RMA Principal Pool with strong instructional leadership to oversee blended curriculum, RTI, and staff development. Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Valid state administrator certification preferred.
• Ten years of classroom teaching and supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to relate to diverse constituencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and management ability.
• Strong sense of humor.
• Alternatives to above qualifications may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Monitor instructional program through lesson plan reviews and weekly observations.
• Collaborate with Central Office Directors to plan and evaluate the blended curriculum.
• Oversee Blended Learning and technology adoption to boost productivity.
• Lead staff development for curriculum and instruction.
• Supervise RTI efforts and support student success.
• Schedule ARD, LPAC, and 504 meetings with parent notification.
• Assign Instructional Assistants and SPED teachers per ARD needs.
• Ensure accuracy of special education records and IEP data.
• Maintain student cumulative files and TREX requests timely.
• Monitor weekly grade submissions and district policies.
• Align programs with RMA mission and staff development.
• Foster a positive school climate and effective communication.
