Job summary

TYG, a leading architecture, engineering and construction consulting firm, seeks a Principal, Building Envelope in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale market to lead the Building Envelope practice with a blend of technical leadership and business development.

The role drives growth, oversees façades, roofing, waterproofing, fenestration and forensic investigations, while mentoring teams and maintaining high client satisfaction. Requires PE/RA and 10–15 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science or related field.
• 10–15 years of building envelope consulting experience.
• PE or RA license required.
• Proven experience leading complex projects, managing client relationships and growing a consulting practice.
• Strong knowledge of building enclosure systems, building codes and industry standards.
