You will lead design development, oversee budgets and timelines, and nurture client and regulatory relationships in a collaborative, mentorship-driven culture.

The ideal candidate is a licensed PLA with a strong portfolio of public-facing projects, demonstrates team leadership, and has a track record in business

Qualifications

• Licensed PLA required; active license to practice landscape architecture in the state of California (or able to obtain).
• Strong portfolio of public-facing landscape architecture projects, including commercial and park settings.
• Proven experience leading and managing teams, clients, and complex projects.
