Job summary

Qualifications

• PLA licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to landscape architecture projects from concept through construction across public realm, residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments.
• Develop landscape, planting, and public realm strategies that respond to site context, sustainability, biodiversity, and client objectives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure integrated design.
• Prepare and review design and technical documentation, including plans, sections, details, specifications, schedules, and tender information.
• Mentor junior team members and support business development while maintaining design quality across projects.

• Lead and contribute to landscape architecture projects across public realm, residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments, from concept through to construction.
• Develop landscape, planting, and public realm strategies that respond to site context, sustainability, biodiversity, and client objectives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and design integration.
• Prepare and review design and technical documentation, including plans, sections, details, specifications, schedules, planning submissions, and tender information.
• Support project management, client presentations, and business development while mentoring junior team members and maintaining design quality across projects.
