TYG in Fort Lauderdale seeks a Principal, Building Envelope to lead the Building Envelope practice in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale region. The role combines executive leadership with technical acumen and business development to drive complex enclosure projects.

The position requires a PE or RA license and 10–15 years of building envelope consulting experience, with a proven track record in managing client relationships and growing a consulting practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science or related field.
• 10–15 years of building envelope consulting experience.
• PE or RA license required.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and grow a consulting practice.
• Strong knowledge of building enclosure systems, codes, and industry standards.
