Job summary

Primrose School at Rancho Sienna is seeking a Preschool Teacher to create a fun, safe classroom where children develop confidence and independence through a structured daily schedule.

You will guide small-group instruction, build relationships with each child, and implement the Balanced Learning curriculum to develop language, literacy, science and life skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Preschool Teacher, you'll create a fun, safe environment with a daily schedule designed to develop children's confidence and independence.
• You'll guide these little ones through small group instruction as they grow their ability to absorb new content and understand increasingly complex information.
• Spend your days building genuine relationships with each child.
• Help children learn about language and literacy, science, life skills, and more.
• Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
• Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them.
