Job summary

Wood Mode is seeking a Primer Sand & Putty associate in Kreamer, PA. The role involves puttying imperfections and sanding primer to achieve smooth, scratch-free cabinet parts. Expect physically demanding work with frequent lifting and the use of various sanders and putty products.

Candidates should read production tickets, inspect prints, and measure accurately. Color vision testing is required, along with the ability to work independently and solve problems in a non-exempt, hourly position.

Qualifications

• Must pass a color blind test.
• Must be able to read production tickets, prints and tape measures.
• Must be willing to use belt sanders, pneumatic hand sanders, and blocker sanders.
• Must be willing to use wood putty to fix minor imperfections in cabinet parts.
• Must be able to work independently and solve problems.
• Must lift at least 40 pounds regularly.

• Must have the ability to work independently.
• Problem solving skills are required.
• Must have the ability to lift at least 40 pounds on a regular basis.
