Farha Roofing, LLC is seeking a results-driven Roofing Sales/Project Manager for our Wichita, KS operations. The role combines direct sales with project management duties, emphasizing collaboration and customer communication throughout the roofing process.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in roofing or related fields, strong leadership, and the ability to read blueprints. The compensation is base salary plus generous commissions, with opportunities to earn well into six figures for top performers.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in Residential Roofing or construction market selling products/services to property management companies, asset managers, insurance agents, building owners, developers, and general contracting firms.
• Experience with residential roofing systems, materials, and installation preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to finish, including estimating, scheduling, and customer communication.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
