Qualifications

• 5+ years managing ERP implementations across the full lifecycle delivery.

• Experience with GovCon or project-based accounting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of JAMIS Prime implementations across a portfolio of 15+ concurrent projects.
• Drive alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and quality outcomes.
• Lead client-facing delivery and maintain strong executive stakeholder relationships.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks before impacting delivery.
• Drive resource alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure consistent use of project management best practices.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and status reporting.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams.

In this role, you will drive end-to-end delivery for mid-to-large-scale client engagements, partnering directly with executive stakeholders and influencing mission-critical business transformations. Required Skills / Experience

• Experience with GovCon or project-based accounting systems preferred.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Excel, Planner).
