BitGo, a leading digital asset custodian and trading platform, is seeking a Prime Client Services Specialist in New York. You will support BitGo Prime's trading and financing services, manage trade workflows, settlements, and client onboarding, while collaborating with product, engineering, and sales teams.

Ideal candidates have back-office experience in financial services, strong Excel skills, and an interest in crypto.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or related field.
• Strong back-office experience in financial services trading, stock loan or FX is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with ability to understand asset flows and procedures.
• Experience interacting with clients and managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage BitGo Prime's trade and settlement workflows, including trade entry, asset transfers, reporting and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with the Prime's business team to maintain optimal funding across venues.
• Provide first line of support for trading or financing operations inquiries.
• Lead process improvements and automation opportunities; identify gaps and implement solutions.
• Support testing for enhancements of proprietary systems and tools.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist the Sales and Client Services teams with onboarding new counterparties.
• Identify operational risks and document controls and procedures.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve BitGo's products and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, exchanges, liquidity providers and third-party providers.
• Stay informed on market trends and opportunities in the digital asset industry.
