Job summary

BitGo is seeking a Prime Client Services Specialist to support BitGo Prime’s trading and financing operations, including trade entry, settlement workflows, and client onboarding. You will work closely with the Sales and Client Services teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced crypto finance environment, with opportunities to influence process improvements.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience in financial services middle/back-office preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage BitGo Prime's trade and settlement workflows including entry and transfers.
• Collaborate with trading and financing teams to optimize funding across venues.
• Provide first-line support for trading/financing inquiries.
• Lead process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist on-boarding new counterparties with Sales and Client Services.
• Identify operational risks and document policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to improve offerings.
• Build relationships with clients, exchanges, and liquidity providers.
• Stay informed on market trends and crypto industry developments.
