JT Engineering in Wisconsin is seeking a Primavera P6 Specialist to join our Transportation team across Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, and Eau Claire. You will build and manage complex schedules, coordinate with project teams, and drive schedule performance for civil infrastructure projects.

Qualified candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of scheduling/controls experience, with strong Primavera P6 and CPM expertise, plus excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project scheduling/controls in civil, construction, or infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 to build, maintain, and analyze schedules.
• Strong knowledge of CPM, resource leveling, schedule risk analysis.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and oversee complex project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define scope, milestones, and schedule requirements.
• Monitor progress, analyze schedule performance, and update plans to meet objectives and contracts.
• Perform critical path analysis, forecast scheduling outcomes, and assess schedule health.
• Prepare reports and communicate risks, impacts, and mitigation recommendations.
