E-Z Bel Construction, LLC in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain Primavera P6 CPM schedules for heavy civil projects. You will translate plans, specs, and contracts into executable schedules and coordinate with Project Managers and Operations.

Responsibilities include creating baselines, WBS, logic, calendars, and milestones; updating schedules with progress; performing what-if analyses; and communicating risks and impacts to the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on construction scheduling or project controls experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 required.
• Ability to develop complete baseline CPM schedules from plans and specs.
• Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction sequencing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with MS Project preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop Primavera P6 baseline CPM schedules for new projects in coordination with PMs, estimating, and operations.
• Review plans, specs, bid information, and contracts to determine schedule structure and sequencing.
• Establish calendars, WBS, activities, logic, durations, milestones, and coding in Primavera P6.
• Maintain and update schedules based on progress, changes, and information from the project team.
• Create what-if, recovery, and revised schedules; communicate impacts to the team.
