Job summary

E-Z Bel Construction, LLC is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain CPM schedules for heavy civil projects using Primavera P6, translating plans into actionable sequences.

You will work with Project Managers and Operations Leadership to create baselines, update progress, and run what-if scenarios, ensuring on-time delivery and clear communications.

This role requires 3–5 years of scheduling experience, strong civil construction knowledge, and proficiency in P6 and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years of hands-on heavy civil construction scheduling or project controls experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Ability to read construction plans, specs, and contracts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of MS Project a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop Primavera P6 baseline CPM schedules with PMs and teams.
• Review project docs to structure schedule and sequencing.
• Set calendars, WBS, activities, logic, durations, milestones, constraints.
• Incorporate milestones, procurement, submittals, utilities, traffic control, testing.
• Maintain schedules reflecting progress and changes.
• Create what-if, recovery, and revised schedules.
• Identify critical path changes and communicate impacts.
• Integrate budgetary/production data into baselines and look-ahead.
• Prepare TIAs and schedule fragnets for delays and changes.
• Support standardized scheduling practices and reporting.
