Job summary

Apollo Mechanical Contractors in South Bend, IN seeks a Project Controls Scheduler (Primavera P6) to develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules through commissioning and closeout. You will monitor schedule performance and critical path, support cost tracking and forecasting, and deliver clear schedule updates and metrics.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and scheduling principles (CPM, resources, logic).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct data analysis and generate schedule reports.
• Experience with schedule risk analysis, delay analysis, and recovery planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 across all project phases.
• Monitor schedule performance, progress, and critical path, identifying risks and recovery options.
• Support cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis with project management teams.
• Prepare and deliver schedule updates, reports, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and trades to validate sequencing and schedule logic for MEP systems.
• Support time impact analysis (TIA), schedule adjustments, and documentation of delays or changes.
