Ambrosia Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate Primary Therapist to join the treatment team in Florida. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy within an evidence‑based care framework and coordinate care across the treatment team.

Requires a Master's degree in a relevant field and active Florida licensure or intern status. Experience in outpatient or similar settings is preferred, with strong family systems understanding and excellent communication skills.

Formación

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related healthcare field required.
• Active Florida licensure or registered intern status (RMHCI, RCSWI, LMHC, or LCSW) required.
• 1–2 years of outpatient/day treatment/residential or hospital experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of family systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy based on each patient's treatment plan.
• Coordinate patient care and assist with crisis intervention as needed.
• Communicate clinical information with patients, families, and the treatment team.
• Complete all clinical documentation per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in rotating on‑call schedule with clinicians.
