Resilience Behavioral Health in Massachusetts seeks a Primary Therapist to deliver individual and group therapy within a structured outpatient program. The role emphasizes evidence-based care, collaborative teamwork, and patient-centered recovery in a PHP/IOP setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in a related field, MA license or eligibility, and 1–2 years of behavioral health experience, with strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology required.
• Massachusetts license or license-eligible status (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, or equivalent).
• 1–2 years of experience in a behavioral health or mental health setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and group therapy in PHP and/or IOP settings.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and clinical documentation.
