Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• License not required; license-eligible candidates encouraged to apply.
• Experience with CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and co-occurring disorder experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy in outpatient, PHP, or IOP settings.
• Complete thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate structured and engaging group therapy sessions across care levels.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR system.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA standards.
• Manage crisis situations and de-escalation to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with families and external providers in a multidisciplinary team.
• Support relapse prevention strategies and recovery-oriented care planning.
• Manage an assigned caseload with strong organization and follow-through.
