Job summary

Resilience Behavioral Health, Massachusetts Mental Health Treatment Center, seeks a Primary Therapist to deliver individual and group therapy in an outpatient PHP/IOP setting. The role requires a master's degree in counseling or related field and MA licensure or eligibility, with 1–2 years of relevant behavioral health experience.

The position offers a full-time schedule, onsite work, and competitive salary ($65,000–$80,000) with health insurance and PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Massachusetts license or license-eligible status (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW).
• 1–2 years of experience in behavioral health; diverse population experience.
• Strong clinical documentation and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients in a PHP and/or IOP setting.
• Develop and maintain individualized, client-centered treatment plans.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff to coordinate care.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and quality initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, licensure, and documentation requirements.
