Evolve Treatment Centers is seeking a Primary Therapist to join our team at our San Jose, CA facility. We focus on adolescents and their families, offering a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, proactive, and capable of maintaining professional boundaries in a dynamic setting. Pay ranges from $85,000–$95,000 for unlicensed and $100,000–$105,000 for licensed candidates.

Qualifications

• Must hold LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or licensed/associate license equivalents (ACSW/AMFT/APCC).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities are required.
• Able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Able to take initiative and maintain appropriate boundaries with teens and families.
• Background check must be clear.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a reasonable caseload with individual and family sessions.
• Complete all required documentation in the EMR on time.
• Facilitate weekly therapy groups, including DBT groups.
• Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings and present cases.
• Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admission.
• Coordinate after-care with parents and the Discharge Coordinator.

Evolve Treatment Centers is looking for a Primary Therapist to join our team at our PHP/IOP facility in San Jose, CA! We are looking for a professional who is passionate about working with adolescents to join our team and grow with us. The ideal candidate is flexible, dedicated, knows how to take initiative, maintains appropriate boundaries, and stays calm in stressful situations. A considerable amount of training will be provided, and you will have the support of your team-members. This position is challenging yet rewarding as our staff have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of teens and their families.

Payrate & Hours

Payrate: 85,000 - 95,000 for unlicensed and $100,000 - $105,000 for licensed. Hours: We ask that candidates be available Monday–Thursday between 9am and 7pm. Your actual workday will be 8 hours within that time frame, and at least two days each week will be scheduled 11am–7pm. Fridays will be 9am - 5pm.
